Performs business programming and analysis to support company operations2.Analyzes user needs and requirements to determine appropriate approach. Prepares feasibility studies and project plan. 3.Develops, implements, tests, and maintains programs related to Human Resources/Payroll, Finance, and other company operations. May evaluate software for purchase. May assist users in developing computer-based training programs or convert existing training materials to computer-based programs.4.Prepares technical and user documentation. 5.Interacts with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Savannah River Nuclear Solutions personnel to determine requirements and data interfaces for site applications.6.Configures, installs, tests, and upgrades web server, related hardware, and software. 7.Maintains web servers including creating and monitoring logs and reports, ensuring functionality of links, performing preventive maintenance to ensure acceptable performance and user accessibility; establishing backups; and setting up disaster recovery procedures.8.Troubleshoots and resolves system errors and bugs. Works with Microcomputer Specialists or Cyber Security Analyst to resolve server/client problems. 9.Sets and implements procedures to ensure safety and security of web site; notifies users of procedures and practices necessary to maintain security of site.10.Provides technical advice and assistance to users in setting up and maintaining documents, data collection instruments such as surveys and forms, and other web content.11.Uses various software applications, techniques, and tools to program user interface features. May program web-based applications or adapt existing applications; may assist users in developing web-based training or convert existing training materials to web-based programs.12.Must perform all responsibilities for environment, safety and health as defined in Procedure 1-3100 and adhere to the principles and functions of Integrated Safety Management.SKILL REQUIREMENTS:1.Associate's degree in Computer Science or directly related field and appropriate certifications or an equivalent combination of certifications and experience.2.Two years of full-time experience in any two or more of the following: web technical administration, web design, web software development, web security administration, web authoring, or business programming.3.Experience programming in various languages, MS Office and Server 2012 and above4.Knowledge of relational database technology5.Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE "L" security clearance.INTERVIEW PROCESS AND LENGTH:The process will last approximately 1 hour. 1.Panel Interview - 30 minutes2.Computer Assessment Summary - 30 minutesSELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:All applicants will be notified of the receipt of their resume and of the anticipated date that the position will be filled.
