You will be instrumental in increasing delivery capacity and client satisfaction rates to a consistent ‘A’ grade; You’ll work with the best clients and Associates in the world, owning process improvement and quality initiatives, facilitating teamwork and pride in serving our client as they transition to a Fiserv solution

What are some of the basic responsibilities for this role?

  • Under general supervision, analyze and determine conversion requirements and provide conversion specification to programming.

  • Interpret client’s existing systems and workflows, through and including the balancing of conversion data.

  • Provide consultation to the client before, during and after conversion.

  • Communicate progress and any potential problems to Team Lead or Manager for awareness and/or resolution.

  • Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process (system studies, timelines, and questionnaires).

  • Provide consultation to the client before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of system and on-line terminal assistance, as well as daily application balancing procedures.

  • Applies standard project management principles including the creation and maintenance of project plans and managing project tasks and resource collaboration as they apply to each implementation.

  • Manages multiple clients and adhere to project timelines.

  • Manages client expectations with respect to available product solutions.

  • Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example and experience that is commiserate with that of Business Analyst.

  • Utilizes system and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner.

  • Analyzes and identifies root cause; providing input to solutions that lead to success for Fiserv and the client.

  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions in accordance with stated procedure.

  • Assists management with the planning and design of improvements to business processes.

  • Maintains ownership of all projects

What are the required and preferred qualifications you need for consideration?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

  • Financial Industry experience; worked at a financial services organization, Credit Union or Bank is highly preferred

  • Project management capabilities required

  • Experience and interaction with clients required

  • Implementing or supporting SaaS solutions highly preferred

  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency required

  • Travel required: Percentage/frequency of travel 50%
