Job Summary/Purpose : This Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will support Finance, Operations, and other senior management team members to help drive key strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing financial data for the use of management and managing periodic reporting processes. This position will be assisting in all Axiom related duties including Flex and Forecasting.

Minimum Training and Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Hospital/Health Administration, Business Administration, Planning, Statistics, Health Information Management, Health Informatics or other related field and three years of progressive related work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, required; master's degree preferred. Preferred experience with SQL, Relational Databases, Tableau and Business Object reporting tools. Epic and Clarity data model experience or certification preferred. PC skills including Access, Excel and PowerPoint required. Demonstrated ability to present complex technical and analytical topics to a non-technical audience and/or senior leadership preferred. Demonstrated familiarity with hospital administrative data and electronic health records preferred.
