Key Technical Skills

  • Manage cost projections and WIP projections

  • Manage job site supervisory personnel

  • Plan and schedule project

  • Contract negotiation and administration

  • Develop and maintain owner relations

  • Negotiate and purchase materials

  • Drive job site safety and establish job site safety expectations

  • Manage project costs

  • Oversee labor projections

  • Complete daily and periodic report updates

Qualifications

Candidates for this position must possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or other related field. Candidates must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
