Develop internship sites, monitor interns, provide job coaching, and employer training and support. Identify appropriate workplace accommodations and provide training to supervisors and employers as needed.Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Services or related field; a minimum of one year of successful work experience in a related field; Or Bachelors degree in business with direct experience working with individuals with disabilities; and Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) Certification or ability to obtainCESPcertification within one year of hire. A valid SC Drivers license is required. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesA demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken); demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with intern employers and students; ability to work in a goal-driven environment with tight deadlines. Knowledge ofFERPAprivacy regulations is essential.Additional Comments Regarding PositionMay be required to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
