Roper St. Francis Healthcare RN Periop Spec Coord in Charleston, South Carolina
To provide perioperative nursing care for patients following established standards and practices in accordance with the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act. There are on-call requirements for this position.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing
Experience: Minimum of two years in operating room nursing. Demonstrated working knowledge of specialty being coordinated. Experience with DaVince robots strongly preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina or holds a current compact/multi-state license as a Registered Nurse in a recognized NCSBN Compact State and is not a permanent resident of SC. Certification in operating room nursing preferred (OR); certification in post-anesthesia nursing preferred (PACU) Must have a current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card.
