Camp Greenville is an overnight camp established in 1912 that hosts boys and girls from throughout the region and the world for summer camps, retreats and specialty camps. You will get to experience what the great outdoors of Western North Carolina and South Carolina have to offer.

The High Ropes Coordinator will serve as the leader of our high ropes and zip line programming. They will also help coordinate climbing based programming for our adventure and base camp campers. This person will guide our campers through a challenging experience while maintaining ownership and safety during all high adventure activities.

  • Responsible for the safety and supervision of all staff, campers, and equipment while at the challenge course.

  • Responsible for creating a safe and fun environment at the challenge courses.

  • Assists with the use of all other high adventure activities (including zip lines and giant swing) as needed.

  • Maintains equipment and safety checks associated with challenge activities and trains staff to assist in programming.

  • Support cabin leader staff when not in program area and fill in for cabin leaders as needed.

  • At least 21 years old.

  • CPR/First Aid Certified (prior to beginning work).

  • Experience overseeing challenge courses.

Preferred:

  • ACCT Level 1 Certification
