Job Description

  • Perform a variety of administrative/clerical functions in working with an executive or supporting a department.

  • Uses available resources and systems to generate relevant reports and other pertinent data to support the objectives of the management team; organizes and maintains executive departmental files and documents.

  • Schedule appointments, provide information to callers, and prepare correspondence.

  • Compose memos, transcribe notes, research and create presentations.

  • Schedules and maintains department Outlook calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements. Maintains follow-up systems for projects, calendar management and e-mail management

  • Handle multiple projects, prepare/monitor invoices and expense reports.

  • Coordinates on-site and outside group meetings including agenda creation, scheduling, meals, room preparation and clean up

  • Utilize discretion in dealing with confidential information.

  • Able to communicate and work well with all levels of organization (i.e. middle management, customers, and suppliers).

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • 2-3 years of relevant office experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Business Objects knowledge, SAP

  • Relevant business experience with analytics
