Citizens Bank Home Mortgage Processor Lead (Remote) in Columbia, South Carolina
The HM Program Management Specialist is responsible for s upporting the Program Management team by primarily processing loan documentation and validating accuracy of all pricing requests. Each request should be reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance against Home Mortgage policy guidelines. This role will verify the required documentation has been provided to disposition the loan within designated approval authority matrix. This position is highly organized, has a thorough understanding of the mortgage process and specific pricing scenarios, and is able to identify and promptly notify Sales colleagues (all levels) of missing items in a professional manner. In addition, this position works with multiple functional areas and assists in additional project work/ administrative project work as needed
Primary responsibilities include:
Manage intake and pricing exception process to ensure service level agreements are in compliance with established thresholds.
Run pricing scenarios
Accurately process loan documentation in accordance with Home Mortgage procedures.
Validate documentation for compliance with Home Mortgage policy guidelines.
Disposition request according to Home Mortgage policy guidelines.
Collaborate with team on trends and process improvements.
Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner.
4-6 years of mortgage processing or sales experience
Audit or Lock desk experience
Experience pricing loan scenarios
Strong Analytical skills
Strong data entry skills
Strong communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Work effectively in a fast paced environment with low tolerance for error
Work effectively in a team environment
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
High school Diploma
