About the Position: This a term not to exceed 13 months position as a Administrative Support Assistant (OA) with the U.S. Army Chaplain School, Fort Jackson, SC.
Perform a variety of manual and automated administrative functions and services in support of the Training Directorate.
Provide advice/assistance on a wide variety of management administrative projects, studies, and initiatives which support the accomplishment of the organizations mission.
Assist the Training Directorate in preparation of reports, briefings, excel spreadsheets, etc. related to resource management.
Provide guidance and information to students, external/internal employees to resolve problems and complete mission requirements.

Utilize Microsoft office such as excel spreadsheets for the preparation of reports and briefings. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
