BMarko Structures Floor installer, LVT in Greenville, South Carolina
BMarko Structures is a modular construction company manufacturing wood modular apartments in a factory. Our structures are installed throughout the United States and abroad. We believe that it's time for the construction industry to change. By completing up to 90% of our buildings at our factory, we are taking workers out of the job site and into our streamlined manufacturing facilities.
Duties
Inspect and clean the floor surface in preparation for the application of the material.
Install LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring in wood modular apartments
Measure and cut the flooring to be installed
Maintain a clean, and safe work environment
Reads and interprets blueprints and technical plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
Requirements
Experience installing LVT flooring
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ensure that all work has been completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
