You'll impact the world around you by helping us solve real-life challenges in the chemical, heavy industrial and pulp and paper industries. YOU are the future of our company. We’ll rely on you to provide support to our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion as you bring fresh ideas to the table. We’ll support you as you develop control loops, panel design, instrument sizing and specification, system architecture diagrams, installation details, location plans and I/O list generation. You’ll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and so much more.

Here’s what you’ll need:
In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited program
Must be at least a rising Junior
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Previous design internship experience
Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs
Self-driven time management and organizational skill
