Join the Lockheed Martin Team as a Subcontracts Administrator supporting multiple functional organizations including Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities and Program Management. Sources and purchases manufacturing equipment, tools, parts, services and supplies necessary for the operation of multiple building locations in a fast paced environment. Conducts bidders' conferences and supplier meetings.
Prepares bid packages, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, writes awards and administers resulting subcontracts.

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• Bachelor's degree required with 4 years Supply Chain/ Subcontracts/Procurement experience, OR will accept minimum of 8 years combined experience of Supply Chain/ Subcontracts/Procurement experience without a degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:
• Experience with engineering drawings or specifications procurement
• Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Experience multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments
• Capable of making business based decisions
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Government procurements.
