Job Description

Volunteer Services

  • Provides McLeod Loris Seacoast with a competent and motivated volunteer staff (adult and juniors) to augment the services of its primary personnel. Management of the volunteers includes recruiting, orienting, training, evaluating, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies.

    Gift Shop

  • Oversee and coordinate hospital gift shop including merchandising, purchasing, inventory control, operating budgets, and policies/procedures.

  • Manage hospital bookkeeping to ensure compliance with audit including revenue/expense management, banking, invoice payment, bills, credit card compliance, inventory, sales, product rotation/placement. Compile statistical data and prepare reports to support good business analytics.

    Student Services

  • Acts as liaison between academic program representatives (school instructors, clinical coordinators, etc.) and McLeod-designated clinical representatives regarding allied health students at McLeod facilities.

  • Collaborates with McLeod AHEC to facilitate standardized student coordination processes for allied health students completing clinical rotations at McLeod facilities.

  • Adapts creative solutions to maximize capacity and prioritize student placements according to workforce needs and manages full student clearance process for allied health students completing clinical rotations at McLeod facilities. Ensures all allied health students are properly tracked in ERP.

    Required Skills

Bachelor's degree preferred. Microsoft Word and Excel experience required. Previous experience in healthcare management preferred.
