What You Will Be Doing

-Review and prepare a large volume of transactional documents, including but not limited to listing contracts, amendments, purchase agreements and closing documents to ensure compliance and accuracy

-Interpret technical documents and resolve discrepancies discovered during the review process

-Prepare all closing-related documents and reports, including but not limited to commission invoices, closing statements and commission breakdowns

-Manage the Company's Master Inventory Pipeline in various CRM tools

-Implement and oversee the compliance education program, including the enhancement of brokerage operation manuals both company-wide and for individual states

-Oversight and audit deal folders to ensure all transaction-related documents are accurate and properly filed

-Generate and manage distribution of company-wide metrics reports and analytics (e.g. monthly deal reports, quarterly listing and closing reports, commission reports)

-Manage relationships with outside Brokers of Records, attorneys and escrow companies

-Provide reporting to vendors and 3rd-party services on Company Deal Pipeline and metrics

-Continuously work to improve and implement systems and processes for reporting and deal management

What You Need for this Position

-3+ years of experience in transaction processing and database administration; experience within commercial real estate preferred

-Experience with complex deal transactions and contracts

-Background in analytics, statistics or finance preferred

-Knowledge of real estate compliance rules and regulations

-Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

-Multi-tasking problem-solving skills and ability to to make quick decisions with sound judgment

-Self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a team

-Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and Salesforce-based systems

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
