Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We are currently seeking a responsible, organized and detailed individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Service Representative in NORTH CHARLESTON. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. They must be able to multi-task and follow up as required. We work Mondays through Fridays. This position requires some Saturdays from 9am-3pm but you will be able to take 6 hours off during the week. Health Insurance (partially subsidized) and 401k are available after 3 months of full time employment. One week paid time off after every 6 months of full-time employment is awarded.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage designers appointment calendars
- Greet visitors and provide assistance
- Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and production/installation department
- General office duties and working knowledge of computers
- Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal organization skills
