Project Controls Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support key programmatic artifacts required for implementing Earned Value Management, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS) and Control Account structure. Develop schedules to meet contractual, project requirements for projects and several major portions of a program. Time-phase resources and assign Earned Value Types to work packages. Aggregate work packages into Control Account Plans, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to collect and integrate schedule status. Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, and include key metrics for current and cumulative CPI, SPI, CV, SV and VAC. Generate standard EVM reporting, data visualizations, and conduct root cause analyses to reconcile variances. Present and communicate EVM analyses to clients and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience in scheduling

-3 years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)

-Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with MIL-STD-881, EIA-748 Standards and DI-MGT-81861 preferred

-SCEA PCEA, AACE EVP or PMI Certifications preferred
