Wyndham Destinations Talent Acquisition Coordinator in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

The responsibilities ofthe Talent Acquisition Coordinator require a keen understanding of, orability to quickly learn, specific procedures and organizational skills withinthe industry. Being a production role with quotas and deadlines tomeet on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, we are looking for an individualthat can work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment. Thisposition recruits for all Sales, Marketing, and Admin positions in SouthCarolina and will be located in North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Duties andresponsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing candidates throughnetworking, job boards, employee referrals, social media and activeapplicants

  • Conducting a high volume ofapplicant phone screens

  • Setting up/schedulinginterviews

  • Conducting Face-to-FaceInterviews

  • Must be able to work nights andweekends on occasion

  • Must be able to attend out ofoffice social networking events outside of normal business hours

  • Coordinating background checks

  • Assisting with Career Nightsand College Career Fairs

  • Data tracking for employeereferrals, hiring sources, reports, calls, interviews, etc.

  • Coordinating orientationschedules with new hires, training, and HR

  • Maintain proper business acumenand business professional attire/appearance

  • Attending Sales/Marketing Meetings

  • Completing Sales Training

  • Working more than 40 hours aweek is expected. This is determined by business needs accompaniedby leadership approval.

  • High School diploma orequivalent, college preferred

  • Accurate and expedientproofreading ability

  • Willing and motivated to setpriorities, meet quotas, and work with limited direction/supervision attimes

  • Must have the ability ofrelocating within our East Business Unit (SC, VA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VT,including future sites that may be added)

  • Temporary travel will berequired
