TK Simple Subs, LLC General Manager (GM) in Pawleys Island, South Carolina

General Managers will typically work 5 shifts per week (45-50 hours), mostly opens, however occasional night audits and closing shifts may be required.Great attitude, hard work ethic and total accountability required. Must be able to handle the duties of this job, 1-2 Months on the job training required.Duties and Responsibilities:Manages a staff of approximately 2 to 12 employees; assigns, oversees and evaluates work; recommends promotion or termination of employees based on performanceProvides on-the-job training for new employeesDelegates and is responsible for the organization, receipt, storage and issuing of food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theftExecutes accurate inventory counts on a weekly basis to control the Cost of Goods Sold, and to assist in forecasting product needed for the coming week; troubleshoots inaccurate numbers, and accurately inputs the counts into MacromatixInterviews, hires, and completes HR documents for new employeesAssists in the supervision of the preparation, sales, and service of foodForecasts food items; estimates what amount of each food item will be consumed per shiftSupervises food preparation and service operations while on duty; assists inshoppers during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiencyAssists inshoppers in greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling order and checking for completeness and correctnessEnsure that every customer receives world-class customer serviceRoute deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speedCompletes daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production)Completes Opening and Closing Procedures, depending on the shift workedExecutes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completenessCompletes daily and weekly paperworkResponsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shiftOrders, receives and stores productAudits previous shift's systems and procedures for 100% integrity and completenessCompletes preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and suppliesPerforms other related duties as requiredMaintains a 47 hours per week average for each 2-week pay period
