American Credit Acceptance Corporate Training Specialist in Spartanburg, South Carolina
The Corporate Training Specialist is responsible for design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs at ACA. This role will focus mainly on leadership and organizational development training initiatives.

Partner with department leaders and other members of the HR Team to facilitate needs-based analysis and establish customized curriculum as needed
Organize and maintain up-to-date training course materials such as facilitator guides, handouts and visual materials
Conduct onboarding sessions for new associates on a rotating basis
Facilitate training sessions at all levels of the organization using proven adult learning techniques and training methods to meet learning objectives
Monitor learner response to training using surveys, feedback, and focus groups and make necessary changes to training materials or facilitation methods
Teach other trainers throughout the organization, rate and give feedback on their facilitation methods
Other tasks as assigned
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 5+ years related classroom or corporate experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Training certification preferred
Exceptional written/oral communication and confident, polished presentation skills
High level of professionalism, flexibility, integrity, and judgment
Instructional design experience (ADDIE and/or SAM model)
Strong attention to detail
The ability to communicate information and ideas for easy comprehension
The ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
The ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with a diverse population, and maintain them over time
Advanced experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, binding machines, and laminators.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
This position will require up to 20% travel.
