An established and highly-reputable company in the Manufacturing industry has an opening for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join their positive work environment and culture. OfficeTeam has an amazing opportunity for a self-starter looking to grow with a reputable company while handling responsibilities such as, handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.   • Manage a number of administrative duties

  • Participate in planning new employee orientation meetings

  • Manage employee database records

Requirements

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Content Marketing experience desired

  • Expertise in Computer Data Entry

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

  • Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
