ProMedica Health System Medical Records & Central Supply Clerk in Union, South Carolina

HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and with consultation from the Medical Records Consultant, the Medical Records Clerk maintains the medical records in accordance with State and Federal Regulations as well as professional standards of practice and facility policies and procedures to ensure complete, timely, and accurate medical records. Responsible to order, distribute, and maintain supplies and equipment for continuous and timely resident care related services. One to two years previous experience in medical records and central supply. Previous typing and office experience preferred.
